Semi Automatic Bottle Container/Bucket Tube Silk Screen Printing Machine
Application Scope:
SA250/700 is designed mainly for 1-color to multi-color repeated screen printing of plastic containers, electrical appliances, decorative glass, toys, signs, chassis and so on. It is able to print cylindrical, elliptical and flat surfaces. It also has the blowing-function. The significant parts of the machine are all imported brand-name products. Furthermore, the unique intensified structure of screen-folder and multi-functional printing-option make the printing accurate.
Technical Characteristics:
1. The microcomputer controls each function action, with high degree of automation and simple and convenient operation.
2. There are four digit automatic counter and reset function inside.
3. The machine has 9 speed options to meet different printing requirements.
4. It is equipped with the function of filling and pressure regulation of the vessel.
5. the scraper pressure is adjustable, and the scraper parts have fine adjustment functions of X, y, Z and Z-R direction and angle.
6. the worktable and frame parts can realize the X, y, Z and xy-r direction and angle adjustment functions.
